Veteran news anchor Diane Sawyer has sold her 20-acre Martha's Vineyard home known as “Chip Chop” for just under the $24 million asking price.

The sprawling "Chip Chop" compound was sold to investor David Malm, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Known as “Chip Chop,” Diane Sawyer's compound consists of 4 buildings: a 3-bedroom main house, a 2-bedroom cottage, and 2 beach houses.

The longtime news anchor didn't need much time to sell her "Chip Chop" property, which is now in the hands of a new owner for $23.9 million.

The Martha's Vineyard pad is asking $13.75 million. It's perched across the Edgartown Great Pond from the Obamas, who bought their 29-acre estate for $11.75 million in 2019.

It's called Chip Chop, and it's a compound filled with history dating back to the 1940s.
