An enterprise change in some corps-level training moves higher control (HICON) from Fort Leavenworth to the service component command.

Followers of MS&T will recall the US Marine Corps’ focus on elevating its learning (training and education) enterprise in policy and beyond, with increased focused investments in these budget areas. One quickly evolving training system program being eyed for service use is the Marine Corps Training Instrumentation System.

1 The 505th Command and Control Wing supported the U.S. Armys Mission Command Training Program during its execution of Warfighter Exercise 21-1, the largest WFX ever conducted.
