Oxford Magistrates Court CHARLOTTE DUNNE, 39, of Bayswater Road, Headington, admitted driving at more than 40mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 Bicester on March 25. She was fined £415, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points. RICKY FOTHERINGHAM, 29, of Ballingers, Shrivenham, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after a charge of driving without wearing a seatbelt was found proved. ...
