CARO, MI - A wintertime tradition in Caro is canceled for the third year in a row.
The weather-dependent Caro Winter Fest (CWF) had been cancelled in 2019 and 2020 due to warm weather. The 2021 event was set to be held on Feb. 13 and 14 but saw its demise primarily due to a different force of nature - the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
