LAWRENCE TWP.  Clays Park Resort is under new ownership. The family that has owned and operated the popular Northeast Ohio destination for the past 73 years has sold the 305-acre property to a Michigan company. Northgate Resorts in Grand Rapids bought the operation as part of a $23 million transaction.
