He is now being charged with manufacturing, possessing, distributing and selling a prohibited controlled substance. 17 year old Alexia Springer was found unresponsive at her sen materialville home. Police initially saying the centerville high student died of a heroin overdose, something that was later retracted by investigators. Her mother, the entire duration of the investigation has denied those statements from police and the teens autopsy revealed that she had consumed a cocktail of drugs which included morphine, ethanol and oxycodone which of course
