A federal grant is being sought to help fund a $24.9 million project to make Wayne and Holmes roadways safer while connecting existing trails.

Wheeling Lake Erie railroad crews will be working on the state Route 57/Church Road crossing on Thursday.

West Old Lincoln Way will be closed between Elyria and Firestone on Monday, March 27 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for culvert repair.

Davis Road will be closed between West Lebanon and Deerfield roads for three days.

Black Diamond Road in Chippewa Township will be closed to through traffic between Bieri and Hametown roads for 90 days, beginning Monday, March 13.
