>> i think with respect to judge gorsuch, which i think what youre -- pretty clear where thats where youre headed on this. weve gotten -- when you look at the praise obviously i would love for it to be universal and while weve gotten bipartisan praise from pundits, jurists and legal scholars, members of congress, were not going to win everybody and i think that democrats have tried to score some points on the committee. they have largely fallen by the wayside and you know weve seen very high pra...

That list of names from susan rice to director brennan, and even then roads. the point is these people could have had the information and easily compromised by giving it to "the washington post" and other media outlets. that is a crime, that is wrong, not a function of government. >> i have the list in front of me coming out loretta lynch, people who would have served at the pleasure of the former president, also people who are just in the political sphere. >> going back to what she said, if the...

Look, this is by far the most difficult job in washington. sean isnt just the press secretary you have to remember. is he doing double duty as communications director. seans job as the press secretary is secure. i think he is growing into that job behind that podium. its a very, very difficult job. for a president who understands the media better than any president in the history of our country potentially, he understands. and you know that job that sean has is one where the media doesnt like hi...

Because i think you agreed, that all this really does is make it more about politics and lust about policy and substance. so if there are things i need to be addressed with the executive order on immigration and if there are somethings that need to be come up with the vetting process, that goes by the wayside as democrats try to check some boxes. it easily could backfire. >> getting back to mitch mcconnells words, warning that democrats will paint the nominee in apocalyptic terms, its the same t...

David: rich, what do you think? >> i kind of agree with bill on this one. look, facebook is a large publicly traded company, they want-- you know, their shareholders are going to want them to continually build value in the company and i think that will guide facebook to play it, you know, down the middle pretty well. david: steve, there was a managing editor of forbes magazine for many years who was a regular on this program before he passed away named jame michaels. a wonderful guy. jim was abs...
