Good morning. Good to be with you. Im annemarie green. Well, this morning, it is not clear why the landing gear of a Southwest Airlines jet collapsed as it landed at new Yorks Laguardia airport. The front landing gear collapsed in southwest flight 345 from nashville touched down early yesterday evening. Ten passengers were injured, none of them seriously, but most agreed there were some tense moments. The worst part was when the doors werent being opened and the smoke was coming in. You just didnt know how long that was going to take. Clearly, they wanted to wait for their rescue teams to come to see if there was fire. That was the anxious moment when people were about to lose it. One passenger said the flight was delayed following an announcement about a tire problem. Jerika duncan has more.
