Johnson Controls is once again planning to occupy a new building across from its current headquarters campus in the City of Glendale.

Dublin, Ireland-based power management company Eaton Corp. has sold its 110,00-square-foot office building in Menomonee Falls for $25.8 million to an affiliate of Houston-based commercial real estate company Transwestern, according to state records.

Johnson Controls confirmed Thursday it is the company working with Weas Development on a planned 109,000-square-foot office and research building.
