Matters is getting the website fixed and i think their assumption is that firing people right now makes it take longer to fix the website and thats the only thing they care about. i think the mistake in that calculation, though, is that then you have a lot of people working for you who know theyre going to be fired as soon as theyre done doing their work. so its sort of a catch 22 for the white house. i can see what theyre thinking but it would be a sort of weird position to be in if you were on...
