Adrian Vigil nearly lost it all before it even got started. Ten years ago, Vigil, who now owns Top Notch Plumbing, nearly died when his car exploded the night of Valentine’s Day in 2013.
It has been an honor and privilege to serve as Greeley’s Mayor since 2017, after having served on the Greeley City Council and as Mayor Pro-Tem from 2009-2017.
