Summer in South Arkansas has a buzz about it, and it s not from excitement. Mosquitoes are a common problem that ruin any outdoor activity. Luckily, Ouachita County has once again started it s mosquito abatement program and is offering chemicals at the County shop to deal with the mosquito menace.
