ROANOKE, Va. – If you’re in need of a pick-me-up, one local organization has got you covered!
Starting on Friday, April 30, the WellNest Roanoke will host free community self-care events to finish up Stress Awareness Month. The mini-sessions will continue through Sunday, May 2, and offer people an opportunity to treat themselves at no cost.
At each session, local instructors will offer stress management tips and methods for self-care. There will also be guided meditation, yoga and regenerative sound baths.
