The Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District on Thursday reported three deaths linked to COVID-19, 163 new cases and 103 recoveries. The deceased – one man in his 60s and two men in their 80s – bring the total number of county deaths to 210. The three men had preexisting health conditions, officials said.
