WeWork India, a major player in the country s flexible workspace sector, has recently secured two office spaces totaling more than 2.7 lakh sq ft in South India, reinforcing its market presence. This expansion follows the parent company s bankruptcy filing.
WeWork India had offered to buy back the stake held by the parent company after the global counterpart sought insolvency protection under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code earlier last month.
