Wheeler Development Group (WDG) is building its first multi-million dollar townhome project since the beginning of the pandemic.

Jun 28, 2021 A developer is looking at adding apartments to Grand Rapids Eastown neighborhood. Wheeler Development Group held an informational meeting about the Robinson Flats proposal on Monday at 5:30 p.m. The development would be mixed use and would include retail, 50 parking spots and apartments.
