That. how safe do you think mueller is? >> i think the president and bob mueller are on a collision course. it is hard to say which will blink first. whether mueller will complete this investigation and wrap it up with charges? every time this investigation has gotten closer to the president in the past, hes lashed out by trying to intervene to stop it by firing someone or publicly trying to undermine the justice department with. with these reports, it is up to democrats and especially republica...

Mar -- comanches, i never knew a comanche raiding party that didnt go home without scalps at night. i think the special prosecutors office has got an investigation which is part counterespionage, counterintelligence, and another part which is the criminal investigation where theyre going to try to get, capture people and making false statements. and not filling outside the correct forms. and theyre going after these folks. and my guess is, that the president is not going to sit still for it. hes...

Wasnt reprimanded for telling a reporter that bannon provides -- on himself? >> thats because the oval office responsible for the oval office approves of it. i think were going to have a parris island in the west wing. >> arent we overlooking and im limited on time, the biggest issue which is out there which is the continuing mueller investigation. heres my final questions for patrick buchanan. are we headed for a constitutional crisis? >> i think were headed for a crisis and collision between w...

Civil rights, voting rights, you can argue about whether this is a good thing. its certainly the trump agenda. what its all about is russia and how fixated the president is on the unfairness he proceeds of this investigation and he blames sessions for it. policy doesnt matter. >> it raises the question of whether playing checkers is a smart move in a chess game involvings is. he is why. if you dont get rid of sessions, mueller comes out with his findings and it is -- we found this and this, but ...

On e-mails. on any sort of, think about the one big piece of news that we had. it was, the e-mails, setting up the june 2016 meeting. those are going to tell the story because. witnesses can taylor their stories, they can forget. e-mails are going to, and the question, i have, and i dont really know, the answer yet. is how much access to the e-mails the congressional committees have. >> i asked that question. no one really seems to say. >> and, mueller, will certainly be able to subpoena anythin...

Done for him. if some one is useful to him at any given moment. theyre terrific and wonderful person. if theyre not. he has a habit as i think we have seen repeatedly. when somebody wants to seek distance from some one, paul manafort, barely know that person. paul manafort was his campaign chairman. and then he started inching away from him in a pretty pronounced way. this is just who he is and huh he is. i think anyone is surprised by how he is treating sessions, should be surprise heed is doin...

Not comply? >> so far hes not complying, so theres some pretty tense negotiations going on. i was talking with ranking member diane feinstein and she showed me what manaforts people have countered with and it is totally unacceptable. they only want us to ask certain kinds of questions only about one meeting, so the parameters are so narrow this is not going to happen in this fashion. >> take a listen to what senator feinstein had to say today about whether the trump administration is trying to c...

A manslaughter investigation and possible criminal charges if this proves to be a banned material which was knowingly used. now, its also interesting, gillian, that the government today says that 34 buildings have now been inspected in recent days and been proved not to be up to the usual fire safety standards. so, certainly, these are nervous times for people living in similar high-rise buildings around the country. gillian: thanks for that reporting, kitty. kelly: president trump is questionin...

Ad next week talking about this may be a witch hunt. its important to note that the justice department and the firm of which mr. mueller worked for combined had 95% plus contributions for democrat. this has been going on long enough, and the president is right to try to set the table, turn the table and really start talking about the agenda that he ran on. and this trump coalition wants those things to get done. kelly: i hear you loud can and clear. joe trippi, eric beach, thank you both for wei...

President trump told him he hoped the fbi would end its probe of michael flynn, then national trumps first national security adviser. in the interview you just saw, the president said theres been no obstruction, the entire matter is bothersome, that comey and mueller are former friends. are they just that cozy that he should be concerned, joe? >> well, theyre both former fbi directors, so theyve obviously worked together in the past on law enforcement situations. but theres no one i think who be...
