Clearly, Yoweri Museveni and co. do not understand the obvious connection between their politics – the ways in which the country has been run down – and the mass mental health crisis. If they did, the government newspaper, New Vision, run by Museveni’s former publicist, Comrade Don Wanyama, would never have published the ministry of Health report on the matter.
