Four men, sleeping under a truck to beat the cold, were run over by the vehicle, at Birjam village in Bargarh district. Another person sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment at VSS Institute of Medical Sciences, Sambalpur.
Arjun Maheshwari, Keyur's friend who was accompanying him at the time, was also allegedly inebriated, the Manjalpur police station has said in a statement.
