WINCHESTER — As far as Tuesdays go, today is a pretty big one at Freight Station Farmers Market. After 33 years, one of the last remaining founders of the market is retiring. Beth Nowak, who owns and operates Mayfair Farm in Bunker Hill, West Virginia, with her husband, Eugene Nowak, is stepping down due to a health crisis.
