Victims Of Fatal Crash Identified By Authorities The Department of Public Safety has identified the three passengers who lost their lives in a Saturday, December 5, crash in Peoria. Brothers Ezekial Southard, 18, and Cooper Southard, 26, both of Whitney, and their grandmother, 71-year-old Janet Bridges of Morgan, died at the scene. The three relatives were passengers in a vehicle that was struck by an oncoming 18-wheeler as the car s driver attempted to turn into a private drive off of State Highway 22. Ezekial was a senior at Whitney High School, and Cooper graduated from Whitney in 2014. Their brother, Jackson Southard, was a 2017 Whitney High School graduate and preceded them in death in August 2017.
