The company plan on developing its regional Asia Pacific hub with new end to end MRO facilities
Malaysia Airports and maintenance firm, Skyways Technics Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which enables the company to expand its regional Asia Pacific hub at Subang Airport.
This is a major milestone for the relationship of both parties, as the new facility is set to include an airframe MRO hangar, component repair workshops, parts distribution centre and ground aircraft services.

“Skyways Technics’ intention to continually expand its capabilities and grow in South East Asia is in complete alignment with our Subang Airport regeneration strategy, which seeks to position Subang Airport as the hub for turboprops in the Asia Pacific and meets the demands of ATR maintenance in the region,” said Randhill Singh, head of KLIA Aeropolis, Malaysia Airports.
