Reporter late tuesday afternoon, the Office Released this they say shows two of three people who were in the fairfax area around the time 67yearold steve carter was killed. The Sheriffs Department says that this man, this woman, and another persons of interest that investigators would like to speak with. Reporter initial information that we received this morning, which the video, is that one of the men had a tie dye tshirt, the other was wearing a bed role, and the woman had dreadlocks. Reporter carter was found murdered monday evening here along the west of fairfax. He had been shot multiple times. Nearby also suffering from a gunshot wound. The animal was taken to a veterinarian and its condition is reporter federal, state and local investigators scoured the area, looking for any evidence that might help determine who killed carter.
