MARION -- The Little Rock Christian Warriors scored multiple runs in four innings yesterday at First National Bank of Eastern Arkansas Stadium to outlast Texarkana 12-4 and advance to next weekends Class 5A state baseball final.

Little Rock Christian struck for three runs in the bottom of the seventh to erase a two-run deficit to eliminate Hot Springs Lakeside 3-2 in the first round of the 5A state tournament at Tilden Rodgers Park.

Little Rock Christian baseball Coach Brandon Eller mentioned that he believed his team has another level it can get to following Thursdays matchup against rival Pulaski Academy, but the Warriors elevated their game just enough to keep its winning streak intact.
