Roads are looking clear in the interstate 380 highway 20 area, but road crews, drivers, and state troopers are all bracing for that winter storm. We spent the afternoon with iowa state trooper david wonders. He says with the type of weather expected, you should not leave your home, unless there is an emergency. He says if you do leave, make sure to dress appropriately, fill up your tank, and bring extra food and water. If you are stranded, stay in your car and call 911.
