Austin (KXAN) — A hearing Tuesday determined that prosecutors and the defense needed more time to prepare for the trial of former Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody and former county prosecutor Jason Nassour. Both charged with tampering with evidence related to the in-custody death of Javier Ambler.
