Still at 60 to 65 miles an hour. Notice the scope of the storm. The center of it still over areas in both carolina but the rain bands extend well off to the north. Raining across portions of new york, new jersey and even massachusetts from some of these outer bands. The heaviest rain mainly focused across portions of virginia and North Carolina. We have heavy bands making their way across portions of raleigh right now. We see them spreading farther north and the places like new jersey, delaware....
