Right now. im trying to look closely. it looks like theyre just hooking this guy up with some sort of a safety harness to get him up even beyond that which he has. so hell probably be double harnessed as hell have to either climb back up on his own volition or theyll be pulled back up together from the roof. 35 stories up. taking their time. whether or not theyre making a signal now to say okay theyre good to go. see him signaling up there to the top. so we could expect some movement. there they...
