The chairman of VisitBritain has met with Copeland businesses as part of a tour of some of the area’s most loved attractions.

The popular village pub will be reopening on May 17. The Ebdon Road public house will be able to take bookings of up to six people or two households indoors. A pub spokesman said: "We know you’re eager to get back and enjoy the beautiful garden, cold beer and delicious food. "We cannot wait to throw open the doors and welcome you back properly."
