The tax credits and Tax Exemptions given to lowincome are allocated allow a private developer it gives them more of an incentive or ability to create those, versus this group were trying to target. The subsidy is not there. So its more expensive to build those units in many ways and with less return than marketrate unit. And thats what a lot of investors and investments are based on. Well continue this conversation. I appreciate the chair hosting this and moving this conversation forward, and we...

Had this individual had any wherewithal toll what he was doing he may have created something exactly a low great explosive what he used and he probably would have done it considerable amount more damage. And the good news is high grade explosives and are difficult to come by and its hard to find syntax and c 4 as you know a result of explosion down at the building with Timothy Mcvay and accessibility to fertilize ear in subways and people ghoing for the Holiday Season. Anything we can do to prot...

With the community we convened a working group of enabled leaders and we did a lot of talking about the concerns and the concerns that surfaced for the neighborhood that we heard very clearly they did not want this site to be 24 7 and they did not want people coming in from ousted tenderloin or being brought in from outside the tenderloin use services so we took that to heart and scaled back what we planned for that and we know that any Head Quarters for the department of homelessness needs to b...

Mckinleys turn to be recognized. I want to recognize the gentleman from West Virginia for five minutes. Thank you, mr. Chairman. Thank you, administrator, for coming, participating in this. Over the years we had asked your predecessor no mike is up. Just come here. Now it is back. We had asked your predecessors to come particularly as relates to section 321a, to see the impact some of the regulations were having on in the coal fields and they declined to do that. Predecessor no mike is up. Just come here. Now it is back. We had asked your predecessors to come particularly as relates to section 321a, to see the impact some of the regulations were having on in the coal fields and they declined to do that. But i am particularly appreciative of the fact that a week ago or two weeks ago the epa, you sent other folks to West Virginia to get the impact of what these regulations are having. Because it is pretty clear in the statute that we have to abide by the e...

Jose. Look at the highs today. We are back in the upper 60s. Gorgeous weather, but we desperately need rain at this point. Ill let you know if theres any in the forecast coming up. Lets head over to vianey arana. Anything happening on the roads yet . Not yet. It may be cold outside, but the roads are on the clear side. The Speed Sensors, everything is green. We arent seeing major slowing. We are seeing the slowing along eastbound 580, but nothing major on that end. A quick check of the bridge dr...

Frankly have more faith elsewhere than the soma plan. The rec center has not had hand towels since may. So there are issues when we talk about renovating the rec center and creating parks, what it means for now . How can we creep eight new when we dont take care of what we have . And i feel theres disproportionate investment in structures, not people. There are people in crisis that need the support and putting it into a building or a set of activities doesnt meet the need where it is. I dont wa...

Quiet. Chp not reporting incidents at this hour. We were seeing slowing along 880 spots and also, yes, the metering lights are on for the bay bridge. A quick look at how it changed. Major changes in the drive times, westbound 580 toward richland. And westbound 880 to the bay bridge, eight minutes. We are definitely starting to see a build up in the cash lanes. The fast lanes are moving fine. If this is your morning commute, you may want to head out now. A quick look at oakland seeing a bit of th...

Compliance. In the interest of time i will give you an example. Washington square is quiet. I dealt with a venue. What i found in the residence sound level 30decibels. That was quiet. Venue was raising that seven or eight. Interior noise code sets the maximum exposure a venue can cause on the resdidnts to be 45. It net got up to 47. This is an issue in that area. I was saying i think there are some things he could do to satisfy the commission. He should be given the opportunity. In the least, yo...

Different ways. I dont know but just in the recent and maybe its just this time of year, but theres been a lot of calls related to pg e. So maybe its annual. Im not sure if its just this time of year that this happens. I dont know. But what are these outliers . Are we using this information and are we building the best budgets when it comes to budget time . Id like more information on the station 49 hander and how its reflected in our budget, and how its reflected in their budget, as well. I app...
