Bottom is a renting and a photo of the finished project. This is an open space on a parcel on 22nd street and owned by sfmta and adopted by Community Members who lead the effort over 18 months to create the play area. We are thrilled to be part of it. We supported it and helped to make it a reality and if you have been down to 22nd street its filled with neighborhood kids and were thrilled about. Because we worked so hard to make a difference and responsive to the neighborhood concerns i am prou...

Mean the only playgrounds were doing through the bond and as noted in the staff report a number of other projects that are part of larger renovations include playground projects and as you look at the map all of the red dots are the playgrounds in the San Francisco park system. Its one of the our numerous assets and one of the park features that draws the most loyalty and interest and enthusiasm and feedback from the many park users. Of that entire universe of playgrounds we renovated 83 already...

Lush landscape and three open spaces including a wide Central Plaza and then the dog park on the right hand side. The streetscape was coordinated as overall plan from 22nd to 18th and reviewed as part of the project. You see the expansion of the plaza. Calms traffic midblock. Next slide is the dog park about 9,000 square feet. New lighting, seating, landscaping. I think a great complement to the existing useds at esprit park and briefly just looking at the experience from the park roughly in the...

Block stretch here so another major benefit is the dog park. This is going to be built on public space and unimproved dead end street by the overpass and were going to pay to build it and maintain it in perpetuity and it will be open to the public and i want to clarify its not a standard thing for new developments to. Do we feel its above and beyond but we feel its an absolutely ideal thing for us to be doing. We saw an opportunity to create something in the space and listened to the community a...

Is really committed to this and is making it a priority we will have a meeting in january. I guess if we dont it will show the level of the lack of commitment on the part of this agency but i think if the commitment is there a meeting in january shouldnt be a problem. Thank you and i want to express that concern as well. I think there is a lot of urgency that we want to keep invected into all of this discussion and movement on cleanpowersf, so i actually like the idea of staff getting together f...

Vote, to have a presentation that we can then give to the puc and say this is how we see this plan working, and this is what we offer to you, and after having a discussion with enernex and a discussion internally to say what is it that we want . Because if we start discussing it the way i see it with puc it starts changing before our eyes and i would like us to have something solid because there is room to move a little bit but at the end of the day this is what were presenting and the way we wo...

Commissioners. I wanted to share with you that on december 9th, supervisor wiener shared a conversation with Michael Baxter director of Family Planning service for mcah. He has worn many hats. Michael baxter is ill today and he has been working tirelessly for youth. So he was given a special accommodation by the supervisors and many of the staff went to support him on that day. Our Health Officer Thomas Aragon joined the Advocacy Network and other Organization Rights to speak out on the stigma o...

That new set of concerns would come up, and so it was really about having both agencies in the room so that we could on the same page. If people feel there is no longer a need to do that i am open to do that but i am surprised to see if things have changed and we dont need that anymore so i am open to what counsel said but i would also say this i would have a problem if we cant do a joint meeting in january. I dont see why we wouldnt be able to do a joint meeting in january. I dont think i think...

Well designed. Incorporates significant amount of publicly accessible open space, enhances the pedestrian experience providing landscaping along the sidewalk and widening the sidewalk. These are all the features you want to see in Good Urban Development and promote those principles. The dog park is a fantastic addition as well so i hope you let the project move forward as it is and thank you very much for your time. Thank you. Then we have joe kirshaugher and peter waller. Are you going to do it...
