Way. there is a high burnout. anybody working in those circumstance is likely to not reach their full potential. many will go to part-time work or step out of leadership positions because of the way they are treated. i think when we want is a robust working environment. its not just women who lose in this environment. it is their male colleagues too who want the best the strongest medical team that can provide quality care. its what people want when they go to the ptd how. they want a work force...
