Information on pricing of the Galaxy S22 series has leaned hard one way so far: that the phones will all launch with a US$100 premium over their predecessors. One particular leaker is sticking to their guns, though, and claims that the Galaxy S22 series will debut with the same prices as the Galaxy S21 lineup.

The refreshed models include Z TRIO and TRIO PLUS variants for the AMD Radeon RX 6800, 6800 XT and 6900 XT SKUs. The Z TRIO lineup has slightly higher clocks for the XT SKUs, while the TRIO PLUS one mostly features the same clocks with one exception. Both lineups get redesigned backplates similar to the ones on the X TRIO 6900 XT.

Huawei has revealed the P50 Pocket and P50 Pocket Premium Edition in Europe. The foldable flip phone starts at €1,299, €250 more than the entry-level Galaxy Z Flip3. Both P50 Pocket models have Snapdragon 888 4G SoCs, 120 Hz main displays and run EMUI 12 out of the box.

Compatible with a wide range of devices, the TeamSpeak-certified Austrian Audio PG16 gaming headset features 44 mm high-excursion drivers, a lift-to-mute omnidirectional microphone, easily replaceable earcups, metal hinges, as well as a foldable design that ensures maximum portability. The price tag reads 139 Euros (about US$157).

Users can pre-order now with an expected ship date by March. Initial benchmarks show Intels Alder Lake series to be a significant improvement over the previous generation and even outperforming the latest mobile Zen 3 CPUs from AMD in key areas.

Xiaomi has already launched phones based on Qualcomms new top-end mobile processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Now, the OEM is slated to start on the next tier down from the same chipmaker. A famous leaker claims to have uncovered a long list of code-names for new phones, including those that might launch with the new silicon.
