AEW Dynamite: Sting, Darby Allin get revenge on Team Taz

Feb. 25 (UPI) Professional wrestling legend Sting and TNT Champion Darby Allin took down their rivals Team Taz on Dynamite.
Sting and Allin made their move after Brian Cage and Ricky Starks of Team Taz competed in a tag team match against Brian Pillman, Jr. and Griff Garrison of The Varsity Blonds.

Cage won the match by performing the Drill Claw on Pillman.
A video package then played of Sting rescuing Allin from a body bag that was left in the desert. Team Taz had previously placed Allin in a body bag and tied it to a car so they could drag him across the street.
– During a Gatoh Move’s ChocoPro livestream show this week (via WrestlingInc.com), Japanese wrestler Ryo Mizunami revealed that she was close to retirement before getting the call from AEW to work a six-woman tag team match at Double or Nothing in May 2019. At the event, Mizunami teamed with Hikaru Shida and Riho and won over Aja Kong, Emi Sakura, and Yuka Sakazaki.
Ryo Mizunami is also slated to compete in the AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Tournament. She will face Maki Itoh in her opening round match. She appeared on the livestream along with AEW Women’s champion Hikaru Shida and Baliyan Akki, and Mizunami explained why she decided to stay in wrestling after getting the call from AEW. AEW Dynamite: Kenny Omega, Kenta face Jon Moxley and Lance Archer

Feb. 11 (UPI) AEW World Champion Kenny Omega joined forces with Kenta from New Japan Pro-Wrestling to take on Jon Moxley and Lance Archer in the main event of Dynamite.
The tag team match on Wednesday was competed under falls count anywhere and no disqualification rules, meaning that weapons were allowed and a pinfall could take place anywhere in the arena.

Moxley has issues with Omega after Omega defeated him for the AEW World Championship by cheating back in December. Kenta, meanwhile, holds the right to challenge Moxley for his IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship, a title from New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
