The court has granted plaintiffs' motion for preliminary approval of settlements proffered by Compass, The Real Brokerage, Realty One Group, At World Properties and Douglas Elliman in the Gibson commission lawsuit.

The Gibson and Umpa cases allege Berkshire Hathaway Energy, eXp, Redfin, Weichert, United Real Estate, Douglas Elliman, HomeSmart and others conspired against homesellers nationwide.

Chicago-based At World Properties has agreed to a nationwide settlement of the commission lawsuits but is not disclosing the dollar amount.

Realty ONE Group joins six other brokerages in settling the commission lawsuits. The firm is not disclosing the terms of the agreement.

Multiple defendants filed motions on Monday to dismiss the lawsuit and strike the class-action allegations.
