Current code. the people who use write-offs, loops holes and deductions are people in the top tax bracket, meaning more of their income is sheltered from taxation. you take away the loopholes and more of their income is subject to taxation, which allows us to lower everybodys tax rates across the board. its a fair, simple, competitive system. were here in the steel manufacturing fabricating business. this business is paying the individual tax rate, just like 80% of all businesses in america do. ...
