That this cant be used in these kind of police officers cant be encouraged to be back out on the streets. i think the issue of race is a bigger one for a whole different interview. i dont want to muddy this situation and incident that really needs to create change in the police brutality in the accountability of these police officers with the racial issue. i think theres probably -- there probably is a gray area with bill bratton being so clear one way, and my mom so clear the other way. im sure...
