JWS Telescope finds water, new mystery in rare comet
Using Webbs NIRSpec (Near-Infrared Spectrograph) instrument, astronomers confirmed gas -- specifically water vapour -- around Comet 238P/Read, indicating that water ice from the primordial solar system can be preserved in that region.
