Rickey Lowe was arrested Friday after he allegedly stole an ambulance from a hospital while wearing a hospital gown and with an IV attached to his arm.
Detectives tracked down Rickey Lowe near a hotel in Manassas on Friday. He was arrested without incident, transported to ADC, and charged with Grand Larceny.
