Two people killed in Friday’s shooting near a convenience store on Nebraska Avenue in Tampa have been identified. According to an arrest affidavit for Whitney Rashad Newsome made public on Monday, Newsome shot Fredrick J. Russell, 41, and Breanna L. Jones, 23, during an argument. Officers responded about 10:30 a.m. to the 900 block of East 26th Avenue, just east of Nebraska Avenue in Ybor .
