Things that a 14yearold doesn t usually get to do, so yeah. Absolutely. And the flexibility, being a military child, you know, from birth till now, for the 14 years that sydney s been with us, it has been absolutely amazing. We just we try to remain flexible. We try to prepare any time we can. We re always looking ahead, what do we need for this week so we can knock those barriers down so that we re ready when the day comes and we can be flexible. Honestly we laugh a lot, we joke a lot because it helps us get through, and we definitely try to stay in touch with one another as often as we can. We try to talk to dad any time he can. He and sydney since he left, they have a weekly skype session with each other where they sit and talk with each other. That s been absolutely amazing, especially when you re a teenage girl, being that connected with your dad. And so that s been really wonderful. That s amazing. Well, he s on a combat tour. Technology is wonderful for these things these days.
Turning point usa, charlie hurt. One of the msnbc contributors going out after she said she saw pickup trucks waving flags, suggesting it s a threat to our democracy. The reality is here that we have a large percentage of the american population, i don t know how big it is, but we have voters who continue to believe that their rights as citizens are under threat by simple virtue of having to share the democracy with others. I think as long as they see americanness as the same, as one with whiteness, this is going to continue. We have to figure out how to get every american at the table. But how to separate americanness from whiteness. Until we can confront that and talk about that, this is going to continue. I was on long island this weekend visiting a dear friend and i was disturbed. I saw dozens and dozens of pickup trucks with expletives against joe biden, trump flags, and dozens of american flags, which is also just disturbing because the message was clear. This is my country. Still taste good grade of what s considered a conspiracy theory involving with that mysterious husband starting to be accepted as conventional wisdom. [laughter] how do we know they arrested the right guy? look at it, i think the new speaks for itself, it s uncanny but do you know what else is uncanny? how the activist media only retreats when their stupid ideas start to cost them politically. It takes crime, last year as it decimated the city, the media mob did. Democratic cities are in chaos right now and is this what you want from joe biden and they will take your country away and they are taking down the statues and crime is rising.
