Members of the LGBTQ community gathered outside of the Yellowstone County Courthouse on Sunday in observation of both the annual Transgender Day of Visibility and Easter Sunday.
Healthcare for the Homeless, a program of RiverStone Health, hosts this annual memorial to call attention to the needs of the local men, women and children without permanent housing.
Rick Baker started Hoodies for Heroes, which sells sweatshirts and other gear to raise money for the memorial. So far, it s raised about $1,200 for the $500,000 project.
