Aker Solutions disclosed this week that it has been awarded a sizeable contract from ExxonMobil’s Guyana affiliate, Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Limited (EEPGL) to provide dynamic and static subsea umbilical for the Uaru project offshore Guyana.

Following its approval of Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Limited’s (EEPGL) Uaru Development Project in the Stabroek Block, the People’s Progressive Party (PPP/C) Administration is now requiring that a gas utilisation study be conducted.
