By the time Police Arrived and got to the scene, 12 people were already dead, four others seriously wounded. This happened inside a City Building just as workers were preparing to leave for their weekend. Police say a disgruntled longtime city worker entered the building around 4 00 in the afternoon local time and opened fire. He was armed with a semiautomatic handgun and extended magazines and a silencer. An employee described what happened. I was on the first floor and my boss had just left. Latest tariff threat on mexico and it is all part of the president s battle over the border. He said if mexico doesnt help, that country will be hit with a 5 tariff on everything from cars to food to beer starting in june. And he said that number will increase 5 every month until it hits a maximum tariff of 25 in october. And that move sparked concern from some Congressional Republicans and outrage from top mexican officials.
