Nitin sawhney, welcome to hardtalk. Thank you. Lovely to be here. Its great to have you. Let me begin by getting into your life during this Covid Pandemic that weve all lived through. Rana ayyub in mumbai, welcome to hardtalk. Thank you so much for having me, stephen. Its a pleasure having you on the show. At the last count, and its a little confusing, but the last count, i think you are now facing four different legal actions. Neither has it been victorious over the last 15 years of myjournalism, when it has literally tried every tool in the book to silence my voice and myjournalism. At this point of time, four cases, two by Uttar Pradesh police, one by the income tax department, one by the enforcement directorate, and im hoping many more to go, because thats the cost of speaking truth to power in india at a time when journalism and mainstream journalists in india are self censoring themselves.
