A 24-year-old youth died in a road accident on the day of Diwali in Bhopal. The bike rider coming on the wrong side hit him and escaped. After the incident, the young man himself reached Jaypee Hospital in an injured condition riding his bike. From where he was asked to go to Hamidia. Upon reaching
