Jalen Hood-Schifino scored 24 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead the Hoosiers to an 86-70 win over Ohio State.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.: For the last month, Trayce Jackson-Davis has been the story for Indiana. The Hoosiers have been riding his ailing back during the winning streak.

Jalen Hood-Schifino used a career-high six 3-pointers to score 20 of his 24 points in the first half as the Hoosiers moved to 15-6 on the season.

Ohio State and Indiana went back and forth for the first 16 minutes of the game. The second half score was 40-40. But the Hoosiers 15-0 run in the final 3:31 of the first half, coupled with what coach Chris Holtmann called the poorest defensive output of the season, was too much to overcome in an 86-70 loss at Indiana.

Ohio State falls to 2-7 in the month of January after losing to Indiana at Assembly Hall Saturday.
