While delivering an address at a leading government-funded think tank Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), Dzhaporava said that Ukraine wanted to develop deeper relations with New Delhi and that the Russian invasion had lessons for countries with "difficult neighbours".
"Had a fruitful meeting with @M Lekhi. Briefed Minister on #Ukraine's efforts to fight Russian unprovoked aggression. Discussed deepening bilateral cooperation in various fields, in particular culture. Ukrainian bookshelves and audio guides under patronage of @ZelenskaUA will be available soon in India," Dzhaparova said in a tweet.
