FTUC National Secretary Felix Anthony in a statement said the two face approach by government is shameful as their six applications have been denied by the authorities. Anthony said the government clearly has no intention of honouring its commitment to the United Nation Human Rights Council. “The most recent International Labour Organisation report of the committee of experts had also called on government to allow workers the right of assembly and peaceful protest,” he said
